People are so friendly here
The people across the island are so friendly, always calling out foreigner in Indonesian. I’ve bought lots of sweets today to give to the kids and it turns out the adults don’t want to miss out as well.
I even had the police want to do photos with me.
Missing luxuries
I miss my luxuries. Namely, and nice modern bedroom and shower. But it’s ok. I have an amazing view from my room and where I sit to work on my laptop. This place is a ‘desert’ island, in that bar a few people it has all the physical and nature characteristics of one. I don’t feel like going anywhere for a while.
No nightmares
I did not have a nightmare last night. It is the first time in 3 months that I’ve not had one. I have no idea why?
I am thinking about doing some coaching free of charge. Mainly career and life coaching for those in their 20s and 30s. To help them find direction and overcome hurdles.
